The Web Interface Access Control Center controls access to Citrix Web Interface/Secure Gateway on a named user basis and logs access attempts.  The Web Interface Access Control Center also has a reporting module that delivers drill down statistics on your Citrix Web Interface/Secure Gateway usage.  Read more in the article titled Controlling Access to Web Interface using the Web Interface Access Control Center.

can it show what apps people have loaded and can you easily import the usage stats into excel for further analysis/reporting?

Is there a way to adjust the information in the SQL database to use a PIN specified by the administrator that is assigned to a user rather than checking for group membership?  I am looking for a form of 2 factor authentication
