I found the answer here:

I noticed the same thing. This is caused by the server checking in when a domain change takes place. If you look at LU_NETDOMAIN you will see a list of all your servers and domains.
Does anyone know of a way to clean this up?
First off let me say WIRM is a great tool!
Initially when I installed WIRM all was well. Now I have duplicate server names for some servers when I access server metrics in WIRM.
If I look at the tables in the RM Summary DB I notice there are duplicate entries in the LU_SERVER table some have an UPDATETIME of over a year ago some are current.
I do not think this was caused by WIRM but was just wondering what might have caused this.
Any ideas?
